上半场 主持人:贺密密
一、厌氧工艺处理玉米酒精废水及原核微生物群落分析
报告人:纪钧麟硕士研究生
报告从研究背景、常见处理工艺为引子,从进出水pH、出水VFA、出水氨氮、运行温度等变化情况,比较了IC、EGSB、UASB三种反应器处理酒精废水的特点及优势。并对反应器中不同阶段的微生物群落进行了监测分析。与会老师和同学就该报告给出了指导性意见,老师从PPT制作、答辩思路等方面进行建议;对微生物与能源效率之间的关系进一步阐述。


二、沼液对三七根腐病病原菌的抑制效果研究
报告人:刘继红硕士研究生
报告主要内容是分析了影响三七根腐病发生的因素以及防治现状,沼液浓缩方式的优缺点,不同蒸发量浓缩液的抑菌效果,不同浓缩温度的抑菌效果,不同沼液用量,不同处理温度,不同极性溶剂等几个方面分析,最后结合实验结果得出结论,甲苯萃取物和浓缩沼液抑菌效果均优于原沼液。参会人员对该报告成果给予了肯定并展开了激烈的讨论,吴凯博士建议转换思路,将11种实验归为4大类来进行阐述,使实验结果更具对比性。张无敌研究员和尹芳教授对该报告的题目、结论的表达以及想要解决的问题等方面给出了建设性意见。


三、猪肉厌氧消化产气特性研究
报告人:张旭硕士研究生
报告主要内容是首先强调了我国是肉类生产第一大国,对世界肉类市场有举足轻重的作用,并且分析了环境污染和食品安全问题,列举了集中病死畜禽无害化处理方案,并用实验结果展现了厌氧处理病死猪肉的优点,寻找最优处理方式。该报告指出不同集气方式对产气效果有一定的影响。作者通过生肉、煮熟肉、高温高压三种处理方式来探究产气效果,结果表明高温高压处理方式最为理想。在讨论环节中张无敌研究员建议将结论进行高度概括,使内容层层递进,并对结果进行深入讨论,最后再与文献进行对比分析。

四、以木薯为原料的能源转化实验研究
报告人:维莱雅老挝留学生
维莱雅分析了当前木薯能源转化的发展状况,并根据实际现状做出自己的选题、研究目标和研究内容。实验主要通过将木薯进行物理处理,继而加水进行糊化,接着加入相应的酶来酶解,最后发酵、蒸馏,获得乙醇。报告中重点对比分析了不同产地(中国和老挝)的木薯成分以及能源转换效率。最后,大家结合实际给出了切实可行的建议:思路要清晰(可将能源效率回收内容分为三个部分来阐述),逻辑要连贯,将实验过程讲清楚,文字使用要斟酌准确等。


五、西山村种养结合循环农业模式构建及推广研究
报告人:李文斌硕士研究生
报告主要内容从当前农村发展现状出发,分析了发展种养结合循环农业的必要性与可行性,提出构建西山村种养结合循环模式以及该模式在曲江镇的推广研究的现实意义。吴凯博士指出报告要张弛有度,紧扣主题,从整体到局部,要突显出其框架结构。尹芳教授评价该构建模式缺少足够的创新性,要进一步明确结论。张无敌研究员指出,报告人对当前相关政策理解还有待加深,要紧密结合曲江镇情况,对内容结论进行高度概括,讲核心、讲内容、理清主线。


会议最后,张无敌研究员对中央一号文件的学习结合农业问题浅谈了个人的观点。首先对自建国以来我国对于农业问题要解决的核心问题进行梳理,最后落脚于当前涉农问题的关键因素和国家政策。2019年中央一号文件继续聚焦“三农”工作,并提出将深化农村土地制度改革,全面推开农村土地征收制度改革和农村集体经营性建设用地入市改革,加快建立城乡统一的建设用地市场。今年是全面决胜小康社会的关键之年,“三农”领域有不少必须完成的硬任务。文件在扶贫攻坚、现代农业发展、供给侧改革、绿色发展等等方面做了详细部署。因此,在“三农”问题上首先要调整产业结构,缩小城乡差距,实现农业现代化,做到农业要强、农民要富、农村要美。最后指出,在今后的发展中农村能源环境专业将大有可为,作为该专业的研究者,我们应该立足所学专业,深入农村,做一个懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的“三农”人才,积极主动地融入国家战略,服务地方社会经济发展。

Title: Anaerobic treatment of corn alcohol wastewater and prokaryotic microbial community analysis
Speaker: Junlin Ji
As a start, the report compared the characteristics and advantages of IC、EGSB、UASB reactors in treating alcohol wastewater from the research background and the common treatment process. And the report takes pH value, VFA and ammonia nitrogen of inflow and outflow as the index to identify the optimum experimental environment. Furthermore, the microbial communities at different stages in the reactor were analyzed. The teachers and schoolmates at the meeting gave some guidance about reporting PPT production and clear reasoning in the speech contest. What’s more, the relationship between microorganism and energy efficiency is further explain.

Title: Inhibition effect of biogas slurry on notoginseng root rot pathogen 
Speaker: Jihong Liu
The mainly report content analyzed inhibition effect of biogas slurry on notoginseng root rot pathogen from effect of different evaporation concentrate biogas slurry, concentrated biogas slurry in different temperature, different dosage of biogas slurry, different processing temperatures and different polar solvent. Finally, the experimental results showed that extract by toluene and concentrated biogas slurry was more significantly than raw biogas slurry in restrain bacteria growth. This report was fully recognized and supported and it caused a heated debate in the meeting. Ph.D. Wu suggested changing the talk lines, it is necessary to classify total 11 tests in four sections, to explain. According to the report, Prof. Zhang and Prof. Yin gave some opinions on title of report, expression of conclusion and problem to be solved, etc.

Title: Research on gas production characteristics of anaerobic digestion of pork 
Speaker: Xu Zhang
Firstly, the report shows that China is the largest meat production country in the World, which plays a decisive role in the world meat market. Moreover, it figured out optimum treatment in the harmlessness treatment for pigs’ die of illness by analyzing environmental pollution and food safety problems. The result shows that high temperature and high pressure had a significant effect on the biogas yield compared raw and well-done. Otherwise, the report points out that different gas collection methods have certain effects on biogas production. During discussions, Prof. Zhang suggested author could summarize the conclusion with a progressive layers of the process. And then author might have some comparison with literatures for a meaningful conclusion.

Title: Experimental research on energy conversion from cassava 
Speaker: Valera (Laos)
Base on energy conversion from cassava analysis and actual situation, the reason to study the topics, study theoretical and practical significance and research objectives, contents and methods were classified. Experimental method: physical crushing, starch pasting, liquefying by α-amylase, saccharifying, fermentation, distilling. The report focuses on the comparative analysis of cassava components and energy conversion efficiency in different production country (China and Laos). Finally, the teachers and schoolmates gave practical suggestions: careful thinking (energy efficiency recovery could be divided into three parts to elaborate), clear logic, describe the experimental process clearly, glossary accuracy and so on.

Title: Research on the construction and extension of the model of farming and breeding combined with circular agriculture in Xishan village
Speaker: Wenbin Li
Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of developing the combined breeding and breeding circular agriculture, the author put forward the model of farming and breeding combined with circular agriculture in Xishan village and popularized the model in Qujiang town. After report, Ph.D. Wu suggested report should closely around the theme what you are saying from whole to part and highlight innovation. Prof. Yin point out that the shortcoming of this report lacks some theory support and must go on study in this field. Prof. Zhang pointed out reporter should analyze entirely the policy of towns and combine closely the situation of Qujiang town. Otherwise, it is important that summarize the content and conclusion, focus on the core and self-idea.

Final stage of Symposium, Prof. Zhang discussed individual viewpoint simply on agriculture problem by learning No.1 central document. Firstly, Prof. Zhang sorted out these agriculture problems and policies since the founding of our country. Finally, it focuses on the key factors and national policies related to agriculture. The "first document", sighed by the Central in 2019, pointed out that it would spur rural development which carried new hope for millions of peasants in China has been released. The community once again focused its attention on the "Three Rural" issue. Eliminating poverty in rural areas is the most difficult challenge to building a moderately prosperous society. Some strategies are deployed in detail on poverty relief, agricultural modernization development, supply side reform, green development and so on. Therefore, structural readjustment of rural industry, realize agricultural modernization and shorten the gap between urban and rural areas play an important part in “Three Rural” problem. If our country will achieve powerful agriculture, affluent farmer and beautiful village, we must catch the essence of it. Finally, the agriculture and environment have a brilliant future with the development of China. We should base on what we have learned to be a man of offer myself up to agriculture in long - term deepening countryside. We must work hard actively to carry ourselves into national strategy and serve for local society and economy.
